I was released to ride roads again this morning. It's been 20 days since my knee surgery, and I'm psyched! My surgeon is impressed with my drive to get back riding, and is supporting my goal to make the Century ride in May.
Hopefully Jeff's foot will get better soon, so he can get back in the saddle as well.
I did 4.69 miles today, and I'm sore. But it's a GOOD sore. It's my muscles saying "Ohhhhh, you DO remember we exist!".
Off we go toward the century!!!!
